Kinetix Studio beta services (including Kinetix Sync) are provided as-is. Trial tokens and access may be extended, reduced, or revoked by the operator. Built-in visual templates in the desktop app do not require a subscription.

Do not abuse cloud AI or lyrics quotas. Do not reverse-engineer or redistribute installers beyond collaborators invited to the private release channel.
